What counts as a “signature”? Each document that needs a notary stamp counts as one signature. For example, if you have a Power of Attorney (1 document) and a Healthcare Proxy (1 document), that’s 2 signatures. If two people each need to sign the same document, that’s still 1 signature — the notary stamp is applied once per document, not per person.
